Prior experience playing Minecraft and a basic understanding of technology are essential for this role. As a host, you'll lead and actively play along in the activities alongside enthusiastic participants. Responsibilities
Activity Preparation: Take ownership of hosting scheduled event activities, ensuring a thorough understanding of the activity and host instructions.
Technical: Install and set up the game, manage sign-in processes, facilitate joining our private server, handle gamertags, and prepare participants for the activity.
Independent Event Hosting: Lead captivating activities for participants, blending fun and education using pre-prepared materials.
Interactivity and Collaboration: Actively engage with participants, offering encouragement and fostering a collaborative atmosphere throughout the experience.
Qualifications
Ability to cultivate a dynamic and engaging gaming environment.
Reliable transportation for commuting to customer sites.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to device/server setup.
Minecraft Experience
Proficiency in Minecraft gameplay, coupled with hands-on experience in executing operator commands.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Python instructor to teach middle school students the fundamentals of Python programming. This course covers an introduction to game development using Python and pygame. You, the instructor, have been tasked with teaching the students the basics of Python and pygame in the context of game development. Participants will be expanding their Python skills to build out Hangman followed by Asteroids.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python, game development experience, excellent communication skills, and a talent for breaking down complex concepts into engaging lessons for middle school learners.
Responsibilities
Preparation: Familiarize yourself with course content, including slides, lecture notes, and pygame resources.
Instruction: Teach Python concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating interactive activities.
Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Job Summary
Arrayscape Gaming is looking for a driven, people-first operator to join our team as an Events Associate — the driving force behind our live programs running seamlessly across a regional territory. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of our events: recruiting and training instructors, coordinating logistics, and serving as the real-time point of contact when programs go live. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career candidate to gain hands-on experience in event operations, recruiting, and EdTech.

Key Responsibilities
Instructor Recruiting & Talent Pipeline
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified instructors through LinkedIn, Handshake, and university outreach
Screen candidates and match instructors to programs based on location, availability, and program needs
Instructor Readiness & Training
Ensure instructors understand curriculum, technology platforms, and classroom management expectations

Event Operations
Own end-to-end coordination of live, instructor-led gaming events across your assigned regional territory

Qualifications and Skills
Required
Bachelor's degree or anticipated graduation by June 2027
1–2+ years of experience in event coordination, recruiting, program management, education, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences — peers, instructors, and professional partners
Ability to stay calm, think quickly, and solve problems in real-time environments
Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment
Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new platforms

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Entry-Level Junior Account Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves gaming and education but has little or no sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our unique educational gaming events to schools, libraries, and parents. You will be helping these organizations create fun, interactive learning experiences that inspire students to explore new ideas and develop skills through gaming.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach: Identify potential clients, including schools, libraries, and parent groups, who could benefit from our educational gaming events.
Engage & Educate: Reach out to school administrators, librarians, and parents to introduce our gaming events, explain how they can enhance student learning, and discuss the benefits of incorporating games into educational settings.
Product Knowledge: Learn about Arrayscape Gaming’s various educational events and how they promote learning and creativity in students. Use this knowledge to confidently communicate with potential clients.

Customer Support: Assist clients with event logistics and ensure a seamless experience by helping them through the booking process and providing necessary resources.

Compensation
At Arrayscape Gaming, we believe in offering a competitive compensation package to reward your hard work and success. Below is an overview of the compensation structure for the Junior Account Executive position:
Base Salary: $20–25 per hour (dependent on experience)
Base Salary (Annual): $19,200–$24,000 per year (assuming 20 hours/week).
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $25,000–$32,500 annually, including base salary and commissions.
Commission & Bonuses:
You will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on the number of events you book. Commissions are based on a percentage of sales or specific revenue targets.
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses throughout the year, with additional opportunities for growth and achievement-based rewards.
